Atomic absorption spectrometry is a method for quantitative analysis based on the absorption of specific spectral lines by atomic vapor produced by substances. It has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity and high accuracy. Through this method, the content of Tl element in water can be accurately determined, which provides strong technical support for us to detect and solve water pollution problems in time. This paper is based on the national standard HJ 748-2015 atomic absorption spectrophotometer for the direct determination of thallium element in water quality. After optimizing the detection conditions, a method for the determination of east-west analysis AA-7090 atomic absorption spectrophotometer is established, which can be used for reference of relevant personnel.
