System5000 Graphite Furnace and Automatic Sampler

The System5000 fully automatic high-performance graphite furnace offers automated operation, high accuracy and excellent repeatability for analyses with detection limits at the ppb level. The System5000 graphite furnace is a complete graphite furnace system, including the PAL autosampler, power supply unit and working head required for rapid and precise analysis. The entire system is controlled by SavantAA software.

PAL Graphite Furnace Automatic Sampler

Features: Temperature programming up to 3000  C, capable of analyzing complex samples.

A high-performance graphite tube with a lifting platform concentrates the sample in a smaller area to reduce the temperature layer;

Programmable protective gas selection allows the use of different gases for different ashing techniques in the same analytical method.

Automatic addition of chemical modifiers. No more than two modifiers can be used, and most manual pretreatments can be omitted; high temperature injection can speed up the analysis, which in turn increases the analytical yield of the instrument; multiple injections can achieve sample pre-concentration. For low concentration analysis, the PAL automatic sampler pre-stores the sample, and the graphite furnace performs up to 50 dry-ashing processes on the sample before the sample enters the next injection cycle, thus eliminating messy and time-consuming sample extraction processes or other sample pretreatment techniques.

The PAL auto-sampler can provide 10 kinds of calibration curves for standard samples and automatic analysis of 40 kinds of samples. Sample volume: 2mL (for standard samples and samples), 5mL (for automatic mixing standard samples), 10mL (for blank solutions and chemical improvers).
