SCC-4175 type coal spontaneous combustion tester
The SCC-4175 coal spontaneous combustion tendency tester complies with the national standard GB/T 20104-2006 "Coal Spontaneous Combustion Tendency Chromatographic Oxygen Absorption Identification Method" stipulated in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", and adopts the dual-gas path flow chromatography method to determine the characteristics of oxygen adsorption by coal at low temperatures. The physical adsorbed oxygen content of each gram of dry coal at normal temperature [30℃) and normal pressure (101325Pa) was determined. The self-ignition tendency grades of coal were classified into three categories: easy self-ignition, self-ignition and difficult self-ignition.
