SCC-4275 Coal Spontaneous Combustion Tester (Automatic Type)

The SCC-4275 coal spontaneous combustion tester (automatic type) complies with the national standard GB/T 20104-2006 "Coal Spontaneous Combustion Tendency Chromatographic Oxygen Absorption Identification Method" stipulated in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations". The characteristics of low-temperature oxygen adsorption of coal were determined by dual-gas path flow chromatography. The physical adsorbed oxygen content of each gram of dry coal at normal temperature (30℃) and normal pressure [101325Pa) was measured. The self-ignition tendency grades of coal were classified into three categories: easy self-ignition, self-ignition and not easy self-ignition.

1. Optimize the gas path, reduce the reserved gas path, and make the gas path more reasonable.

2. Digital circuits are used for bridge current and attenuation, eliminating the use of mechanical switches for greater stability and reliability.

3. The instrument does not have a display screen or keyboard, and all operations are completed by a computer.

4. * Carrier gas and adsorbent gas use the latest high-precision electronic flow control device (EPC) to ensure the accuracy of flow and achieve remote setting and control.

5. * Four-way switch valve adopts imported solenoid valve to ensure no gas leakage when closed.

6. The instrument has a reverse control function, and all operations are completed on the computer.

7. The switching between adsorption and desorption is automatically completed by a six-way valve without human intervention.

8. After the column box is increased, the door is opened to ensure the cooling speed;

The electronic refrigeration technology of the column box ensures that the temperature of the column box is stable at 30 degrees Celsius.

10. The data processing system controls the setting and display of instrument parameters, and completes sample measurement, data storage, analysis, statistics, result printing, historical data query, etc. Four-way coal sample information is entered, and reports are printed separately.

12. Set the sample sequence, automatically complete the measurement of instrument constant and oxygen absorption, and automatically determine the spontaneous combustion grade of coal.

13. The instrument is equipped with automatic calculation functions for sample tube volume, instrument constant, and sample oxygen absorption repetition error.
