GC-4085 Mine Gas Multi-point Parameter Chromatography Automatic Analyzer

This instrument is a scientific research achievement of the sub-project "Multi-Parameter Chromatographic Monitoring System for Mine Fires" of the National "Eighth Five-Year Plan" Science and Technology Project "Prevention and Control of Major and Malignant Accidents in Coal Mines" (sub-project Contract No. :85-202-03-02-1). It was appraised by the Science and Education Department of the former Ministry of Coal Industry (Certificate No. 204 of 1995 issued by the Ministry of Coal Industry). As one of the high-tech products dedicated to coal mine safety monitoring, after more than ten years of practical application, it has reached a consensus among coal mine safety monitoring and management personnel at all levels. It has become one of the reliable equipment for using gas analysis methods to judge and eliminate potential safety hazards in ventilation safety management work, and has become an indispensable equipment in the coal mine ventilation safety supervision and protection system.

1. The analysis parameters (gas circuit, circuit) are highly automated, and the microcomputer can reverse control them.

2. The twelve-way valve adopts a pull valve structure, which reduces the requirement for air source pressure. There is no need to add a high-power air source.

3. The new overall design of the host with high stability: the 5.7-inch large-screen LCD display can directly check the temperature of each road, making it more intuitive.

4. Double column box, three sets of chromatographic columns and conversion device to achieve temperature control respectively. (Patent No.: ZL20062001 2498.4)
