Determination of Metal Elements in Battery Materials by Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry
Release Date :2025-03-24

The measurement of trace metals is generally completed by atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) or inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES). However, the AAS test is susceptible to serious interference from other elements, and only one element can be tested at a time, and the testing efficiency is low; while ICP-AES not only tests multiple elements at the same time, but also has high sensitivity and stability. At the same time, ICP-AES can be used not only for the detection of trace impurity elements, but also for the content of main elements such as manganese, lithium, iron, etc. This paper uses the ICP-7760HP full-spectrum direct reading inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer to establish a method for the determination of metal elements in battery materials, which can be used for reference by relevant personnel.
